The Lahore High Court has ordered the release of the record of Toshakhana from 1990 to 2001 to the public.
The request was made by Advocate Azhar Siddique Munir. During remarks, the court said that the entire record should be made public, nothing can be hidden. Whatever gifts were given to friends should also be disclosed. No one can keep a gift without paying its value.
The federal government took the position that the means of records made public after 2002 should also be disclosed. We will file an appeal against it, to which the court said that appeal is your right.
