Microsoft has updated its line of business intelligence and app-development tools, including Power Virtual Agent and AI Builder, with the new capabilities.
Power Virtual Agent can now connect to internal company resources to generate reports and customer queries, while Dynamics 365 Copilot includes a range of AI-integrated tools for sales, customer service and marketing.
A special event will be hosted by CEO Satya Nadella on March 16 to discuss the impact of AI on productivity. Microsoft has already announced AI updates for its Windows operating system and Bing search engine.
