The Meteorological Department has predicted thunderstorms with rainfall in Karachi on March 22nd. According to the department, a new weather system will enter southern Balochistan on March 22nd, which may result in thunderstorms with rainfall in various parts of Sindh and Balochistan, including Karachi, in the evening of March 22nd.
The western winds are definitely present in the region, which could cause dust storms in Jamshoro, Thatta, Sajawal, Badin, Tharparkar, Sanghar, Umerkot, Mirpur Khas, Hyderabad, Matiari, and other districts. There is also a possibility of gusty winds and hail in some areas.
The Meteorological Department has said that some areas in the suburbs of Karachi may receive rainfall with thunder and lightning.
Under the influence of the weather system, most areas of Balochistan are expected to experience dust storms from March 22nd to 23rd, while in some areas, there is a possibility of moderate to heavy rainfall with thunder and lightning.
