Significant progress has been made in Imran Khan’s disqualification case in Islamabad High Court regarding not disclosing alleged daughter Tyrian White, as requested by the petitioner who sought permission to amend the petition and challenge Imran Khan’s position as party chief.
The petitioner has also called for Imran Khan to be declared ineligible for party leadership and public office. The petitioner has requested a copy of the California court’s decision, complete record of the cases against Imran Khan’s rivals Shehbaz Sharif and Farooq Sattar, copies of the oaths taken by Imran Khan in the election commission, and the notification of success on 7 seats in the by-election to be included in the record.
