A passenger on an American Airlines flight from New York to New Delhi, identified as Arya Vohra, has been blacklisted by the airline after allegedly urinating on another passenger.
The incident occurred after Vohra, a student at a US institution, became heavily intoxicated and refused to follow crew instructions.
The pilot requested protection from Delhi ATC due to Vohra’s aggressive behavior. After landing, the Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) removed Vohra from the aircraft, and he reportedly misbehaved with the personnel.
The airport police are taking legal action against Vohra, and the airline has been asked to provide a thorough report by India’s aviation regulator.
This is not the first case of its kind, as a similar incident occurred on an Air India flight in November.
